Bentley Repertoire Orchestra
Minimum ability level: Grade 7
The BRO is a full symphony orchestra comprising senior music students grade 7 or above, diploma holders or those studying for a diploma or music degree and music teachers.
Major concerts, including concertos by guest soloists, a full symphony or a major chamber work will be performed at least every three months over two or three nights to paying audiences.
The orchestra will also be available to play at functions or other events to gain experience in lighter music.
Bentley Harmonia Choir
BHC performs one major sacred or secular work a year with the BRO and a number of smaller concerts singing a wide range of choral music from
à capella madrigals to operetta to contemporary works and Broadway songs.

All ensembles will be encouraged to give regular in-house performance to an audience and to participate in off-site events at shopping centres, exhibitions and other events.
Senior/Semi-Professional Ensembles – Members do not need to be students at Bentley Music Academy. Minimum age unless exceptional circumstances apply is 16. Entrance is by audition or invitation only. |
